This elegantly-structured blend is chock full of up-front fruit, notably black cherry and plum with a very long lingering finish holding a kiss of black licorice and coffee. For a special evening, grill lamb with rosemary olive oil and sea salt, or pair it with lentils with roasted tomatoes, ground beef and mushrooms would work equally well.
