Take your taste buds on a delicious journey beginning with notes of raspberry sorbet followed by rose petals, tart red plum and sour cherry. Continue on to enjoy the supporting tannins, balanced and medium-bodied, with a lasting finish that pleases the palate. A pan-fried rib-eye steak wine, cooked rare with that buttery fat would be perfect to pair with this blend. Or even go for white meat with a BBQ-sauced chicken.
This special blend is composed of 70% Petit Verdot, 15% Zinfandel, 7% Carignane, 5% Petite Sirah and 3% Alicante Bouschet.
