Low crop yield led to some field blending and complex lots that were hand-selected for harvesting. This wine is comprised entirely of Portuguese varietals: Tinta Madeira (40%), Touriga (15%), and Tinta Cao (45%). Additional wood tank aging makes Elegancia full in fruit and palate. It’s a delightful way to finish a special meal – by itself or accompanied by chocolate truffles.
