Yes, pets are allowed.
Are guests under 21 allowed?
Yes, we allow guests that are under 21.
Are outside food or drinks allowed?
No, outside food or drinks are not allowed. We have small bites and non-alcoholic beverage available for purchase.
Do you have a Wine Club?
Yes, we have a Wine Club. Ask an associate for details during your visit, or email email@example.com if you’re interested in joining.
Do you have an Event Space for Private Event Bookings?
Yes, we have a Private Wine Lounge that is available for groups up to 20-25 people. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
What courier do you use for shipping?
We use FedEx to ship our orders and they prefer business address deliveries. An adult at least 21 years of age must sign for the delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (unless otherwise specified) and generally take between 3-4 business days to arrive, depending on weather and time of year.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for 4 bottles averages $35 in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii at higher cost.
Can I track my shipped item?
Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. We will follow up with another email that contains your tracking number.
Do you ship to my state?
For online and phone orders, we can only ship to residents of California, Florida, Alaska, Minnesota and Washington, DC. If you visit our tasting room, we can ship your order to most states, except the following: Delaware, Oklahoma, Utah and Kentucky.
What are your refund and return policies?
Our goal is that all of our customers are satisfied with their order. Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error.
