What are your refund and return policies?

Our goal is that all of our customers are satisfied with their order.  Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error.  If your product was shipped, please contact our Tasting Room at (650)712-1635 or email cheers@barterrawinery.com
